Overview

GloballyHired has been engaged by a client, a leading logistics and distribution company in Tampa, Florida, to immediately hire a HR Manager. This role offers the opportunity to oversee HR operations, support workforce growth, and drive employee engagement in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This position is hybrid, requiring 3 days per week onsite in Tampa and 2 days remote.

Base pay range

$80,000.00/yr - $105,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR operations and support workforce growth in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Manage recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and performance management; partner with leadership to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, training, retention, and succession planning); implement HR policies and ensure compliance with federal and Florida labor laws; serve as a trusted advisor to employees and executives.
• Balance day-to-day HR operations with long-term planning and strategy.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a management role.
• Strong knowledge of federal and Florida employment laws and compliance standards.
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms (e.g., ADP, Workday, BambooHR).
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.

Compensation

This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Tampa, FL with an immediate start date. Compensation ranges from $80,000 – $105,000 annually, depending on experience, certifications, and scope of responsibilities. Candidates with multi-site or logistics industry experience may qualify for higher-tier opportunities.
