About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Senior Vice President for Global Total Rewards who will spearhead the development and implementation of a comprehensive total rewards strategy. This strategy will be aimed at attracting, motivating, and retaining top-tier talent in our ever-evolving industry. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing all compensation programs, leading the annual compensation cycle, and directing the design and management of global benefits programs.
Your responsibilities will include:
Developing and executing enterprise-wide well-being strategies and global mobility programs
Creating recognition initiatives that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction
Analyzing data and market trends to inform decisions and strategies
Collaborating closely with the Chief People & Culture Officer and senior leadership to align total rewards with the company's business strategy and cultural values
The ideal candidate will have:
A minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience in total rewards, compensation, or related HR disciplines
Expertise in global program management and executive compensation governance
Exceptional analytical and influencing skills, particularly in a complex, publicly traded global organization
A strategic mindset with a commitment to simplicity, transparency, and effective communication of rewards programs
