POSITION SUMMARY
The Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operations within the department. This role involves managing schedules, preparing documents, maintaining records, and assisting with various projects to facilitate departmental goals.

Full-Time Mon-Fri 8:00am - 5:00pm.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS
Create and manage spreadsheets and databases. Manages calendars, schedules appointments, and coordinates meetings. Prepares, edits, and distributes correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents. Maintains organized filing systems, both electronic and physical. Screens and directs incoming calls and visitors. Orders and maintains office supplies and equipment. Assists with data entry and maintains databases. Compiles and reconciles expense reports. Assists with special projects as assigned. Assists with billing processes, including invoice preparation and tracking. Supports contract administration and record-keeping. Prepares financial reports and assists with budget reconciliation. Complies with all legal requirements and company policies. Performs all other duties as assigned. MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Education/Training/Experience
High school diploma or equivalent. 2 years of administrative support experience. Skills Knowledge
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to maintain confidentiality. BENEFITS
