The Company is in search of a Head of Global Employment, SVP, Legal to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a key legal advisor, providing strategic counsel on workforce initiatives, complex personnel matters, and global labor and employment laws. This executive role involves leading a large, multi-jurisdictional team of employment attorneys, overseeing workplace investigations, and managing employment-related litigation. The ideal candidate will have a JD from an accredited law school, active bar membership, and over 15 years of legal experience with a significant focus on global labor and employment law, preferably in the media, entertainment, or technology sectors.

Key responsibilities for the Head of Global Employment include executive and strategic advisory, global employment legal leadership, and management of people relations. The role requires a proven track record in high-profile investigations, the ability to advise C-suite executives, and experience with the employment aspects of production environments. The candidate should possess strong negotiation skills, exceptional organizational and communication abilities, and a commitment to championing inclusion. The position demands a leader who can align employment legal guidance with the company's culture and guiding principles, and who is adept at managing a large international team while ensuring compliance with global employment laws and best practices.
