Lead the financial strategy and operations of a $10M+ construction company Oversee financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting with a focus on WIP reporting and construction industry standards Provide hands-on CFO leadership to a small accounting/finance team, mentoring and developing staff Partner with the CEO/Owner as the CFO voice in strategic planning and decision-making Drive financial discipline while maintaining an approachable, collaborative culture Preferred Qualifications For The CFO
7+ years of construction industry experience with deep knowledge of WIP reporting Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or CPA preferred Proven success as a hands-on CFO Ability to step into the CFO role immediately #INSEP2025 #CBSEP2025 Seniority level
