About the Role

The Company is seeking a Finance Resource Manager, SVP to join their Resource Management Team within the Finance CAO Organization. The successful candidate will be a trusted partner, driving transparency and accountability of the company's resources. This role is pivotal in enhancing and revising workforce management processes, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and leading strategic initiatives related to demand and capacity, as well as skills and job architecture. The individual will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive workforce management strategies, redesigning planning frameworks, and providing accurate data on key workforce factors. Additionally, the role involves overseeing headcount reporting, partnering with forecasting and recruiting teams, and driving a strategic location strategy.

Applicants must have the ability to think strategically, proven leadership experience, and a strong background in program management. The role requires excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's degree preferred, and at least 8-10 years' experience in workforce management or a related field. The candidate should be adept at influencing and motivating teams, and be prepared to work closely with SMEs to achieve the organization's objectives. Enhanced governance, process improvement, and the ability to execute initiatives that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of resource management are also key qualifications for this position.
