About the Role The Company is seeking an In-Business Training Lead with a focus on Credit Risk. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the strategy, oversight, and execution of the technical training curriculum within the Institutional Credit Management (ICM) division. This includes engaging with senior leadership to assess training needs and implementing solutions related to technology, application-based policy, and various compliance requirements. The role also involves close partnership with HR Learning & Development and requires a strategic leader who can ensure that training programs are in line with industry best practices and the company's standards. The In-Business Training Lead will be a key figure in the continuous monitoring and improvement of training programs, as well as in the development of methods to measure their effectiveness.
Applicants must have a background in a credit risk-related role, training, or business execution within a financial services organization. A strong knowledge of the financial services industry, particularly wholesale credit risk, is essential. The role demands a strategic mindset, the ability to influence at all levels, and a proven track record in developing and delivering training programs. Experience in instructional design, and a background in training or needs assessments, is required. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years' of relevant experience, with a preference for those holding a Master's degree. The position calls for excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining a high level of collaboration with cross-functional teams.
