About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive (CE) to lead its statewide service area, which includes a network of hospitals and clinics. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a proven track record in a complex, integrated delivery system, and will be responsible for the overall strategic and operational management of the organization. Key responsibilities for the CE include driving the growth and development of the market, building and maintaining strong relationships with clinicians, and fostering organizational and community partnerships. The role demands a leader who is adept at problem-solving, adaptable, and committed to upholding high ethical standards. The successful candidate will also be expected to lead the organization through a period of significant change in the healthcare landscape, particularly in the areas of delivery and financing.

The Chief Executive will be expected to have a strong background in operational and financial stewardship, with a focus on data and performance to ensure the delivery of high-quality, safe, and cost-effective care. A collaborative and accountable approach is essential, as is the ability to engage in strategic long-term planning and work with cross-functional teams. The role requires a leader with high emotional intelligence, capable of connecting with stakeholders at all levels, and who is comfortable in a mission-driven environment.
