About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its mission of providing high-quality care and support to patients and their caregivers during the journey from serious illness to end of life. The CEO will be responsible for the strategic development and growth of the organization, as well as the management of personnel, finances, and the administration of individual and family services. This role requires a dynamic and self-motivated individual with a strong background in hospice, home health, or related healthcare services, and a commitment to the values and goals of the organization.
Key responsibilities for the CEO include leading the company to fulfill its mission, developing and implementing a strategic plan, ensuring fiscal integrity, and promoting awareness of the organization's programs in the community. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and a minimum of 5 years' of successful administrative experience. Essential skills for the role include strong leadership, communication, and public speaking abilities, as well as a substantive knowledge of current trends in hospice care and relevant regulations. The CEO will also be involved in community outreach, fundraising, and social action initiatives, and must be able to work effectively with the Board of Directors, staff, and volunteers.
