Our client, in
Carlstadt, NJ , is looking for an
Inventory Coordinator
to join their team.
Pay:
$20/hr ,
temp to hire
Shift - 2nd shift - 2:30pm-11:00pm
- (initial training may require 1st shift or swing shift, as needed)
Job Responsibilities:
• Adhere to site safety guidelines and GMP protocols
• Run ad hoc reports to assist Inventory Control Manager to identify out-of-rotation or soon-to-expire product
• Post inventory counts and differences
• Research and reconcile inventory discrepancies using ERP software
• Monitor customer returns and stock rotation
• Perform pre-shipment quality inspections
• Manage quality holds
Skills and qualifications:
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to take notes
• Great attitude and the ability to work in a team environment
• Self-motivated, prompt and reliable
• Eager to learn and contribute to our team's success
• Software experience (preferred): Outlook email and calendaring, Excel, Word, SAP
