In this role, you will represent our organization at various events, webinars, and benefits fairs, ensuring attendees have a positive and informative experience. Responsibilities:

• Represent the organization at events, webinars, and benefits fairs, delivering concise and engaging presentations about services.

• Provide attendees with accurate information through clear and approachable communication.

• Facilitate smooth event operations by ensuring all activities flow efficiently.

• Act as the primary point of contact for attendees, creating a welcoming and detail-focused environment.

• Stand for extended periods while managing event-related responsibilities.

• Address inquiries and provide support to ensure a positive attendee experience.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure events are executed successfully.

• Demonstrate adaptability and a high level of service in high-traffic environments.

• Uphold the organization's values and maintain a high standard of customer service

• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in call centers or event-based roles.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
• Ability to manage inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency.
• Familiarity with order entry and related processes.
• Capacity to stand for long periods during events.
• Highly approachable demeanor and ability to work well in team settings.
• Strong organizational skills to ensure seamless event operations.
