We are looking for a personable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support for a high-traffic event in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This contract position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage visitor interactions effectively, and a commitment to creating a positive experience for all attendees. Responsibilities:

• Manage the flow of approximately 300 visitors daily, ensuring smooth operations and a seamless guest experience.

• Utilize provided technology, such as an iPad, to process tickets and register visitor information accurately.

• Address attendee inquiries and provide clear, helpful responses to ensure their needs are met.

• Maintain and distribute essential event materials, such as price sheets and floor plans, ensuring availability throughout the day.

• Welcome guests upon arrival and direct them to appropriate areas within the venue.

• Stay on your feet for extended periods while managing visitor interactions, with occasional opportunities to sit during breaks.

• Present an appearance that aligns with business-casual attire guidelines.

• Collaborate with event staff to ensure all aspects of guest services operate efficiently.

• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and communicate effectively with diverse groups.
• Strong multitasking skills and the ability to stay organized in high-pressure situations.
• Comfortable using technology, including devices like iPads, for event-related tasks.
• Dependable and punctual, with a strong commitment to meeting event timelines.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor, capable of making guests feel welcome.
• Ability to stand and move around for extended periods during the event.
• Prior experience in customer service or event coordination is preferred but not required.
