A well established financial management call center located in Harrisburg, PA is seeking 10+ Call Center Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will be responsible to :
- provide excellent customer service to clients calling in.
- Mostly inbound calls, some outbound follow-up calls.
- You will gather pertinent information from the client to update their file and explain their portfolio to them.
- This is a rewarding position with chances for growth opportunities.
- Mon - Fri 8am to 5pm. No evening or weekend work. Pay starts at $17.
- Semi-annual pay increases are given if you are doing a good job. Great benefits once perm including work from home options. Interviews are being scheduled now so, submit your resume ASAP!
