A large Alpharetta, Ga based seasonal item distribution center is seeking (6) In-house Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will answer inbound calls from B2B customers ordering holiday and seasonal retail items. You will enter orders into the system and answer questions regarding tracking previous orders purchased.
- $18 per hour
- Choices of shift 9am to 5pm or 10am to 6pm
- Once a month work a Sat or Sun and get a day off during the week
- Seasonal work goes through January
- Need previous call center customer service experience
- Positions will start 9/22 & 9/29
- Paid training provided
