Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
E-commerce & Logistics:
Manage e-commerce backend: monitor orders, inventory levels, and shipping status via
various portals. Coordinate with warehouses and ensure order files are transferring properly.
Track and troubleshoot orders on our websites and portals throughout the day.
Customer Support:
Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone in a timely, professional manner.
Troubleshoot issues such as missing/damaged orders, lost packages, or delays
(e.g., UPS, FedEx problems).
Solve website-related customer issues (e.g., checkout errors, broken promo codes).
Digital Support:
Assist in creating monthly newsletters and promotional emails using
Canva, Brevo, Constant Contact, etc.
Help update promotional content on website (banners, codes, prices).
Office Support:
Period help with packing and mailing packages, product inventory, miscellaneous research
Required Skills:
Team player, strong organizational, communication, problem solving and customer relation skills.
Comfortable using digital tools (e.g., CMS, email platforms, inventory systems).
Customer-focused mindset and problem-solving attitude.
Previous experience in e-commerce, logistics, or digital support is a strong plus.
Fluent in English (French is a plus, not required).
• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or e-commerce environment.
• Strong skills in order entry and handling inbound and outbound calls.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to logistics, shipping, and website functionality.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach.
• Proficiency in managing e-commerce systems and portals.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with logistics providers such as FedEx is a plus.
