We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Service Agent, you will serve as the first point of contact for our diverse clientele, providing exceptional service and support to ensure customer satisfaction. Your primary role will involve assisting customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing detailed information about our products and services.
Key Responsibilities Answer incoming customer inquiries promptly and professionally. Resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently. Provide information about products and services to customers. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our system. Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus. Proven experience in customer service or related field is preferred. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
