Summary

Our client is seeking an experienced

General Manager

to lead its growing

Building Services

operation. This role drives

safety culture, operational excellence, and financial performance

while leading high-performing teams across

HVAC, electrical, and plumbing services . The General Manager will inspire teams, ensure

exceptional service delivery , build strong customer relationships, and manage resources, assets, and compliance.

The ideal candidate has proven leadership in

building systems operations

and a track record of growing contracts, developing talent, and achieving results in a

service-focused environment .

quality control, process improvement, and compliance with industry standards . Requirements Bachelor's degree in

Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

(preferred) or related field. 10+ years of leadership in

building services operations, maintenance management, or service project sales ; OR 15+ years without a degree. In-depth expertise in

HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems , lifecycle cost management, and performance optimization. Strong knowledge of compliance standards (OSHA, NFPA, ASHRAE). Advanced skills in

budgeting, service delivery models, and facility management . Exceptional leadership, communication, and talent management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
