This role sits within a dynamic finance organization focused on accounting change, process improvement, and cross-functional transformation. Highlights: Project-based role Collaborative work across finance, IT, and executive teams Generous time off, strong benefits, and year-end weekly shutdown Compensation range: $90K–$110K + 5% bonus Work arrangements: Hybrid schedule in Chicago, 2 days onsite (moving to 3 this fall) Responsibilities: Interpret workpapers, track deliverables, manage communications, and ensure regulatory compliance. Manage timelines, track milestones, and support organizational change tied to new accounting standards. Develop training materials, facilitate knowledge sharing, and help business units adapt to change. Align accounting project goals with broader company strategy by partnering with finance, IT, and other teams. Promote consistent documentation and leverage systems to improve financial reporting accuracy.
