Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Looking for a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is pivotal in providing exceptional service to clients by managing a mix of standard and high-net-worth accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal lines insurance, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
Compensation Package
Salary Range:
$60,000 - $80,000 annually Competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc. Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of personal lines accounts, including standard and high-net-worth clients. Handle daily account servicing tasks such as policy changes, answering client inquiries, and assisting with claims issues. Re-market existing accounts as needed to ensure optimal coverage and pricing. Process renewals and assist clients with adding new policies. Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless account management. Qualifications/Requirements
Licenses/Designations:
Property & Casualty (P&C) license required. Experience:
Minimum of 4 years in personal lines account management preferred. Software Proficiency:
Experience with EPIC software is highly desirable. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. A positive attitude and a commitment to fostering a collaborative workplace culture. Strong communication, adaptability, problem-solving, teamwork, and customer focus.
