The Business Continuity Coordinator is responsible for the specific duties listed below.
Your specific duties will include:
- Collaborate with all business units to develop and maintain actionable tactics and procedures for system outages or disaster scenarios (natural or manmade).
- Assist in the development and ongoing improvement of business processes related to continuity planning.
- Participate in and support testing of business continuity plans.
- Lead Tabletop testing for various operational scenarios and maintain accurate documentation.
- Ensure all continuity plans are updated and tested as enterprise systems and processes evolve.
- Independently facilitate planning sessions with business units to assess risk and plan response strategies.
- Maintain and regularly review all business continuity documentation.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or Information Technology preferred.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 2 years of business continuity-related experience preferred; a minimum of 1 year of relevant project experience is required.
- Strong oral, written, and listening communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
