This position is available as a full-time or part-time role. What You'll Do

Manage Complex Executive Calendars -

Be at the heart of the action, planning and coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, tracking key action items, and supporting Board and Leadership Team meetings. Provide High-Level Administrative Support -

Represent the CEO and executive team by drafting and managing internal communications that help shape the direction of the company. Perform Data Analysis & Project Tracking -

Play a critical role in supporting strategic planning, tracking key performance metrics, and ensuring timely project execution. Coordinate Critical Business Operations -

Create impactful reports, design dynamic presentations, and drive organizational efficiency across departments. What You Bring to the Table

5 years of executive assistant experience 8+ years of administrative support experience Bachelor's degree

(or equivalent experience in business administration, communications, or related field). Strong written & verbal communication skills

- You'll be the voice of the executive office. Excellent relationship-building skills

- A true professional who can liaise with executives and stakeholders both inside and outside the organization. Detail-oriented & analytical mindset - You have a keen eye for detail and a passion for problem-solving.
