We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team in Canandaigua, New York. In this long-term contract role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting daily administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining effective communication across teams. Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, and in person.
• Perform accurate data entry to maintain records and databases.
• Manage email correspondence, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with attention to detail, relaying information and scheduling appointments.
• Organize and coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments.
• Create and edit documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Maintain and update reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed.
• Support team members by completing various administrative tasks and projects.
• Ensure office supplies are stocked, organized, and readily available.
• Assist in maintaining a well-organized and welcoming office environment.• Proven experience in customer service and administrative roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage inbound and outbound calls effectively.
• Skilled in scheduling and coordinating appointments.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize workloads.
• Familiarity with basic office equipment and tools.
