About the Role
The Company is seeking a Business Unit Manager to join their HR Business Execution team. This role is pivotal in supporting the HR functions for the US Personal Banking and Wealth divisions. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving key employee life cycle processes, business-specific people initiatives, and enterprise-wide strategic projects. They will also serve as a primary delegate to the Head of Business Execution for US Personal Banking and Wealth HR, and will be instrumental in identifying opportunities to streamline and integrate the HR business execution operating and engagement model. The Business Unit Manager will be a central point of contact, advisor, and enabler to Senior HR Advisors, ensuring the delivery of the people agenda priorities for the US Personal Banking and Wealth sectors.
Applicants for the Business Unit Manager position should have 8-10 years' of progressive work experience, with a strong preference for those with a background in communications or marketing. The role requires a candidate with a proven ability to work in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments, and a demonstrated working knowledge of the financial services industry. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and project management skills, as well as the ability to build and manage relationships with senior executives and internal stakeholders. A collaborative work style, leadership presence, and the ability to command respect and earn the trust of senior leaders are essential. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's degree being preferred.
