About the Role

The Company is seeking a Business Unit Manager to join their HR Business Execution team. This role is pivotal in supporting the organization's vision to be a leading personal bank and in driving a digital-first, client-obsessed approach. The successful candidate will be responsible for key employee life cycle processes, business-specific people initiatives, and enterprise-wide strategic projects. They will serve as a primary delegate to the Head of Business Execution for HR and will be instrumental in identifying opportunities to streamline and integrate the HR business execution operating and engagement model. The role also involves serving as a central point of contact and advisor to senior HR professionals, ensuring the delivery of the people agenda priorities.

Applicants should have 8-10 years' of progressive work experience, with a strong preference for those with a background in communications or marketing. The role requires excellent organizational and project management skills, the ability to work in high-pressure environments, and a proven track record of clear and concise communication. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's degree being preferred. The ideal candidate will have a collaborative work style, adept at building and managing relationships with senior executives, and will demonstrate leadership presence with the ability to earn the trust of senior leaders. Responsibilities also include risk management, compliance, and driving productivity and cost-saving initiatives in partnership with senior management.
