Executive Assistant, Insights, Planning, Analytics, and Technology (IPAT)
The Insights, Planning, Analytics, and Technology (IPAT) team within the WW Amazon Stores Finance Business is seeking a highly motivated Administrative Professional. This role provides high-level administrative and strategic support to two Directors and requires strong organizational skills, excellent judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex schedules and prioritize competing demands. The Executive Assistant acts as a gatekeeper and interface between the Directors and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring efficient and effective communication. This position requires a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to anticipate the needs of the Directors. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential to manage the calendars and priorities of the two Directors. Strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships are critical to success in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with cross-team collaboration across Amazon. This role requires five (5) days a week in office. Key job responsibilities Manage the executives\' complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and other commitments Serve as the primary point of contact for the executives, fielding inquiries and requests from internal teams and external partners Maintain integrity of financial and operational data with strong attention to detail Leverage technology to improve controllership processes Prepare and proofread high-level communications, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the executives Proactive problem-solving to identify and address controllership gaps Provide administrative support to cross-functional teams and stakeholders around shared goals Conduct research, data analysis, and other administrative tasks to support the executives\' work Track and drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items Anticipate the executives\' needs and take initiative to address issues proactively Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information and decision-making processes Manage expense reconciliation and tracking Drive key team activities, meetings, and planning, including All Team Meetings, offsites, morale events, annual planning, and performance reviews Basic Qualifications 2+ years of senior-level leadership support, or 1+ years of Amazon experience High school or equivalent diploma Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications Experience with executive-level calendar management Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of senior-level leadership support experience Experience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments at any given time while meeting deadlines Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company Experience with Amazon Space Planning Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. The base pay for this position ranges from $50,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $107,100/year in our highest geographic market.
