Overview
WW Selling Partner Services (SPS) is looking for an Executive Assistant who wants to work in a global, fast-paced, exciting, and growing organization. We are looking for someone to support multiple Directors on our Selling Partner Services team in Seattle. This Executive Assistant will be responsible for handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives. Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives while managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential information. Serve as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, manage communications, screen calls, and prepare correspondence and presentations. Drive project management duties, including tracking multiple initiatives, following up on commitments, and maintaining thorough documentation. Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, discretion, professionalism, and the ability to multitask with attention to detail. Communicate effectively, apply technical proficiency, and work independently to support high-level business operations. Support scheduling, events, and ad-hoc projects while collaborating with other EAs and teams as needed. A day in the life
A day in the life of an executive assistant in this global team begins with a morning check of emails and calendar updates across time zones. The EA meets with executives to discuss priorities and urgent matters. They may contribute to team initiatives such as event planning, space management, or work-back schedules and collaborate closely with other EAs on scheduling and projects. About the team

2+ years of senior level leadership support, or 1+ years of Amazon experience. High school or equivalent diploma. Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications. Experience with executive level calendar management. Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company. Experience managing multiple calendars. Bachelor’s degree. Ability to complete complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations requiring a quick turnaround. Equal Opportunity

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $50,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $107,100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Depending on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
