Billing Coordinator

The Billing Coordinator leads the administrative invoicing processes by validating billing data, ensuring compliance with contractual terms, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate and timely invoices. Acts as liaison between Billing Analyst and Billing Supervisor, picking up responsibilities where necessary. This position supports our Finance team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or show-site 2-3 days per week. This position is based out of our North Dallas office location in Dallas, TX. Responsibilities
Lead the advanced invoicing process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with contractual terms Review billing data for completeness and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with internal departments Ensure adherence to tight billing and month-end timelines through effective prioritization and coordination Assist with month-end billing processes Create ad hoc reporting as needed Work with Billing Analysts to support volume of invoices where needed; ability to be flexible in the day to day Analyze client contracts to ensure billing accuracy, compliance with terms, and proper documentation. Interpret contractual language to support invoicing, identify discrepancies, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and maintain alignment with financial policies Perform administrative functions of complex internal trackers and data bases Provide support for special projects and initiatives related to billing and revenue operations Demonstrate strong teamwork and customer service orientation in interactions with clients and internal teams Education & Experience
2 or more years previous billing and reporting experience Data Management experience High School Diploma or Equivalent is required, Bachelor's degree from an accredited four year college or university is preferred Advanced knowledge of Excel SAP experience preferred NetSuite experience preferred What We Offer
