Overview
Our client is a rapidly growing AI development company seeking an Executive Assistant / Project Manager with strong project management skills. The EA/PM will play a critical role in supporting the account team by managing high-volume task tracking and ensuring timely execution of deliverables. This role goes beyond traditional administrative duties, requiring strong project management capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, new technology environment. The EA/PM will report directly to the Account Manager and collaborate closely with Project Managers to keep workflows on track and aligned with client goals. This is an on-site, temp-to-perm contract role based in San Francisco, CA. Pay is $50/hr. Key Responsibilities
Support the account team by overseeing task tracking and execution across multiple projects. Maintain task lists, deadlines, and progress tracking to ensure timely deliverables. Partner with Project Managers to monitor workflows and proactively address bottlenecks. Provide regular status updates and reporting to the Account Manager. Coordinate communications and follow-ups to ensure accountability within the team. Anticipate scheduling and resource needs, flagging risks or potential delays early. Assist with light administrative functions such as scheduling, meeting coordination, and documentation. Adapt quickly to evolving priorities in a fast-moving AI and new tech environment. Qualifications
3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Project Coordinator, preferably within the technology sector. Strong project management and task-tracking skills Proven ability to manage high-volume workflows with precision and efficiency. Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a proactive problem-solving mindset. Experience supporting senior leaders and cross-functional teams in a high-growth or new tech environment. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting with shifting priorities. Compensation & Application
