Position Summary

We\'re looking for a strategic leader to manage and grow SVP Worldwide’s social media presence across platforms. This role oversees content creation, influencer/ambassador programs, and social campaigns—ensuring everything is data-driven, on-brand, and designed to drive engagement and results. You\'ll lead a cross-functional team and work closely with marketing partners to align social media efforts with business goals. Responsibilities

Lead the social team, overseeing content, planning, and influencer initiatives Develop and manage the social media calendar, aligned with brand and campaign strategies Own and optimize the social media budget, including paid promotions and partnerships Collaborate with internal teams to support traffic, engagement, and conversion goals Oversee daily publishing across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, YouTube, etc.) Drive audience growth through community-building and storytelling Track KPIs, analyze performance, and report insights to stakeholders Stay ahead of trends, platform updates, and cultural shifts to inform strategy Foster innovation and test new formats, tools, and content approaches We Offer You

3–5+ years in social media strategy or content marketing (brand or agency side) Experience leading teams and managing multi-platform campaigns Strong knowledge of social analytics tools and performance tracking Skilled in paid social, influencer marketing, and budget management Excellent communication and project management skills A creative, strategic thinker who thrives in fast-paced environments Requirements
