Job Overview

The Senior Manager, 5G Advanced Network Solutions (ANS) Product Management is a strategist, analyst, customer evangelist, leader of execution, and relationship builder focused on driving innovative and transformational solutions. You will be accountable for developing T-Mobile's 5G ANS portfolio and creating connectivity solutions across industries in T-Mobile's customer base. This role reports to the Senior Director of Product Management. You will define the long-term strategy of the product portfolio, align roadmaps, support end-to-end technical delivery, define release scope, and partner with Marketing, Sales, Technology teams and external partners. You will facilitate executive-level meetings to promote 5G ANS products, deliver customer trials and solutions, and document ROI and value realization of 5G ANS offerings. The 5G ANS team leverages advanced 5G technologies such as Network Slicing, Local Breakout, and Private 5G Networks. An ideal candidate is familiar with 5G network technology and related challenges and strengths. Education and experience will support a growth-driven, high-impact product management function with strong customer empathy, strategic thinking, planning, and leadership capabilities. Responsibilities

Collaborate with Senior Director and peers to develop strategy and goals for the scope of business, coordinating with customer teams and internal groups. Drive cross-functional alignment with Engineering, Business Assurance, Financial Operations, and Accounting to understand current product experiences and prioritize feature development. Maintain awareness of Wireless Industry trends for Enterprise customers and assess their impact on roadmaps and opportunities for innovation. Own lifecycle management of multiple products, including creating, communicating, and maintaining the product vision and roadmap; support business cases for product development. Develop change management plans and cascade Vision and Strategy to align with corporate priorities. Provide regular guidance to Product Management and Vendor teams on execution, accountability, and adherence to contracts. Ensure product funding processes are followed and resolve blockers related to funding. Coordinate activities and communications between internal teams and vendors; manage back-office budgets and cost/service quality improvements. Represent T-Mobile as the primary vendor contact for performance reviews, escalations, and issue resolution; build relationships with vendor leadership. Assist direct reports with prioritization and resource allocation; support development plans and leadership opportunities for direct reports. Contribute to performance management, including PIPs when appropriate, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback. Hire, manage, and develop a high-performing team of individual contributors; may serve as Product Manager for a specific product or group of products. May assume Product Manager responsibilities for a product or group of products as needed. Education

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or equivalent experience. (Required) Work Experience

7+ years of relevant Product Management experience in an agile software development environment. 2-4 years experience managing teams of 5+ resources in direct reporting relationships within Product Management. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Product Lifecycle Management experience delivering large and complex initiatives. (Required) Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present complex technical information to executives and non-technical leaders. (Required) Strong business analytics with ability to analyze and synthesize product use data. (Required) Other Requirements

Base Pay Range: $140,500 - $253,500; Corporate Bonus Target: 20% The pay range above is a general baseline. Actual starting pay will be based on location, qualifications, and experience. At T-Mobile, employees in regular roles are eligible for an annual bonus or incentive based on role and performance. Some positions may have different bonus structures.
