The Senior Manager, 5G Advanced Network Solutions (ANS) Product Management is a strategist, analyst, customer evangelist, respected leader of execution, and professional relationship builder focused on driving innovative and transformational solutions. Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Management, this role is accountable for developing T-Mobile's 5G ANS portfolio and creating transformational connectivity solutions across industries in T-Mobile's customer base.
5G ANS leverages advanced 5G technologies like Network Slicing, Local Breakout, and Private 5G Networks. An ideal candidate would be familiar with 5G Network technology, and its key challenges and strengths.
Job Overview Works in collaboration with the Senior Director and peers to develop strategy and goals for their scope of business. Collaborates with customer teams, product, and technology teams to align initiatives.
Responsibilities
Define long-term strategy of the product portfolio and align roadmaps across teams.
Drive and support end-to-end technical delivery; define scope for releases/product increments.
Partner with Marketing, Sales, Technology teams, and external partners.
Facilitate high-level meetings between executives and key stakeholders to promote 5G ANS objectives.
Deliver customer trials and solutions; investigate, collaborate, deploy, and support on-site customer use cases.
Document and demonstrate ROI and value realization of 5G ANS solutions to customers.
Own lifecycle management of multiple products; develop business cases and communicate product vision and roadmap.
Develop change management and cascade Vision and Strategy to align goals with corporate priorities.
Provide guidance to Product Management team and Vendors on execution, accountability, and funding processes.
Coordinate activities between internal teams and vendors; manage back-office budgets and cost/service quality improvements.
Represent T-Mobile with Vendors for performance reviews, escalations, and issue resolution; manage vendor relationships and expectations.
Assist direct reports with prioritization and resource allocation; contribute to development plans and leadership opportunities.
Create, communicate, and monitor performance improvement plans when necessary; provide regular coaching and feedback.
Hire, manage, and develop a high-performing team of individual contributors.
May serve as Product Manager for a specific product or group of products.
Education Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or equivalent experience. (Required)
Work Experience
7+ years of relevant Product Management experience in an agile software product development environment.
2 - 4 years experience managing teams of 5 or more resources in direct reporting relationship in Product Management.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Product Lifecycle Management experience in delivering large and complex business/technology initiatives. (Required)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present complex technical information to executives and non-technical leaders. (Required)
Strong business analytics with ability to identify, analyze, and synthesize product use data. (Required)

Compensation Base Pay Range: $140,500 - $253,500 Corporate Bonus Target: 20%
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The actual starting pay will vary based on location, qualifications, and experience.
