We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Fundraising and Development Coordinator with a Doctorate degree to lead our fundraising efforts and contribute to the long-term sustainability of IFWF. This volunteer role is vital in expanding our donor base, securing funding for key programs, and ensuring the continued success of our mission. Responsibilities: Fundraising Strategy:

Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy that aligns with IFWF’s mission and long-term goals. Donor Relations:

Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing donors, while identifying and engaging potential new donors, including individuals, corporations, and foundations. Campaign Management:

Design, plan, and execute fundraising campaigns, including annual giving, major gifts, and planned giving initiatives. Grant Writing:

Research and identify grant opportunities; write and submit compelling grant proposals to secure funding from foundations, government agencies, and other entities. Event Planning:

Coordinate and oversee fundraising events, both virtual and in-person, to increase awareness and raise funds for IFWF’s programs. Reporting and Analysis:

Track and report on fundraising performance, analyzing data to refine strategies and improve outcomes. Collaboration:

Work closely with the Board of Directors, Executive Team, and program staff to align fundraising efforts with organizational needs and priorities. Marketing and Outreach:

Develop fundraising materials, including brochures, newsletters, and social media content, to effectively communicate the impact of donor contributions. Compliance:

Ensure that all fundraising activities comply with ethical standards, legal requirements, and best practices in nonprofit fundraising. Qualifications: Education:

Doctorate degree in Nonprofit Management, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field. Experience:

Proven experience in fundraising, development, or philanthropy, with a successful track record of securing major gifts and managing donor relationships. Skills:

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to craft persuasive proposals, manage complex projects, and engage diverse stakeholders. Knowledge:

In-depth knowledge of fundraising principles, donor cultivation, and nonprofit financial management. Attributes:
