Overview
As a Wireless Systems Engineer, you will be part of the team developing and implementing algorithms to enable wireless connectivity between Terrestrial Bluetooth devices and satellites. You will be involved in all aspects of the modeling, system design and implementation of wireless communication and work with cross-functional groups of hardware-software engineers. Responsibilities
Develop and implement algorithms to enable wireless connectivity between terrestrial Bluetooth devices and satellites. Model, design and implement wireless communication systems and collaborate with cross-functional hardware and software teams. Lead projects from concept to reality with urgency and effectiveness. Qualifications
Basic qualifications: 2 years of directly relevant experience. Bachelor\'s Degree (Masters preferred) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related discipline. Strong understanding of communication theory and signal processing-related algorithm design (e.g., channel estimation, equalization, beamforming, timing recovery, coding, error correction). Knowledge of wireless communication protocols (e.g., 5G/LTE/WCDMA/GSM, 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax/be, 802.11ad/ay, Bluetooth/Bluetooth Low Energy). Experience developing signal processing and wireless communications systems (FSK/OFDM/MIMO) with lab testing and characterization. Experience with Matlab, Python and/or C/C++ for algorithm development, modeling, and simulation. Experience with High Level Synthesis (HLS), silicon prototyping, FPGA development and emulation systems. Experience on bring-up of real systems in silicon/FPGA/SoC and use of lab test equipment (oscilloscope, logic analyzer, spectrum analyzer, signal generator). Ability to work independently and learn new technologies quickly. Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment and be available for extended hours and weekends when needed. Passion for creating state-of-the-art software systems. Preferred / Strongly Desired
5-10 years of relevant experience. Experience with multi-radio coexistence management. Experience in modem architecture, microprocessor architecture, hardware and software control. Experience in low-power algorithm design for power-critical applications. Benefits
