Team Management

Manage a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure optimal performance. Allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines and operational requirements. Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and identify training and development needs for team members. Facility Maintenance and Repair

Oversee the maintenance, repair, and improvement of all facilities and equipment within the region. Develop comprehensive preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal equipment performance and longevity. Coordinate with facility managers and vendors to schedule and prioritize repair activities. Regulatory Compliance and Safety

Ensure compliance with all applicable safety and regulatory standards. Stay updated on relevant codes, laws, and industry trends to maintain a safe and compliant work environment. Implement and monitor safety programs, policies, and procedures. Capital Projects Management

Lead and manage capital projects, including expansions, renovations, and upgrades, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to develop project plans, oversee implementation, and ensure quality of work. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as necessary. Operational Efficiency

Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency and reduce costs within the region. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to measure and track operational performance. Stakeholder Engagement

Collaborate with regional directors, facility managers, and cross-functional teams to align engineering initiatives with organizational objectives. Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and building strong relationships. Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering or a related field. A professional engineering license is preferred. Minimum of [number of years] years of experience in engineering management, preferably in a similar role within the facilities management or real estate industry. Strong technical knowledge and understanding of building systems, equipment, and maintenance procedures. Experience with capital project management, including budgeting, planning, and vendor management. In-depth knowledge of regulatory codes and standards relevant to facilities management. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering results. Proficiency in using computer-aided design (CAD) software, facility management systems, and other relevant software applications.
