is seeking a

Volunteer Secretary

to support our nonprofit's operations by helping keep our meetings and communications on track. Key Responsibilities: Take detailed and accurate meeting minutes during team meetings

Distribute meeting notes to the team in a timely manner

Maintain organized digital files of all meeting records and important documents

Help prepare meeting agendas in coordination with the Executive Director

Track deadlines, action items, and follow-ups from meetings

Assist with internal communication and scheduling

Support with basic administrative tasks as needed

Preferred Skills: Strong written and verbal communication

Reliable and punctual

Comfortable using Google Docs, Zoom, and email

Ability to maintain confidentiality and stay organized
