The Opportunity

This is not a maintenance roleits a growth and impact role. Youll oversee all aspects of HR while also shaping culture, designing scalable systems, and partnering directly with executive leadership to support our people-first, performance-driven culture.

Youll be a trusted advisor to leaders, a champion for employees, and the architect of programs that will fuel engagement, retention, and leadership development across our organization.

Position Summary:

The Human Resources Manager will oversee and execute all aspects of human resources within a fast-paced warehouse and distribution environment. This role will act as a partner to operations and customer service leadership and a trusted resource for employees, ensuring alignment with company policies, compliance standards, and business objectives. The ideal candidate is a proactive and hands-on HR professional with experience across the full HR spectrum.


The Human Resources Manager position is responsible for multiple tasks, including but not limited to the following:

Recruitment and staffing:

  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process from job postings to onboarding.
  • Build talent pipelines to support organizational growth.
  • Partner with department managers to identify staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and ensure effective workforce planning.
  • Enter all new hire information in the Companys HRIS (Bamboo HR) system in a timely manner.

Employee Relations:

  • Act as the primary HR contact for employees and managers.
  • Address workplace concerns, mediate conflicts, and resolve employee relations matters effectively.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture.
  • Develop and implement engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and activities to promote a positive and inclusive work culture.

Compliance and Policy Management:

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws (EEO, FMLAA, ADA, etc.)
  • Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
  • Conduct investigations, disciplinary actions, terminations in line with company policies.
  • Lead the Companys safety initiatives to include OSHA compliance.

Training and Development:

  • Coordinate onboarding, training programs, and professional development opportunities.
  • Provide leadership coaching and HR training to managers.
  • Support employee growth and career advancement initiatives.

Performance Management:

  • Manage annual performance review processes and performance improvement plans.
  • Partner with managers to set goals and drive accountability.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Oversee employee record-keeping and HR systems to ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with data privacy regulations.
  • Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives, ensuring compliance and competitive offerings.
  • Manage employee compensation programs, including salary structure, job evaluations, and pay adjustments, ensuring equity and market competitiveness.
  • Educate employees on benefits offering and manage open enrollment.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
    required (HR certification preferred/SPHR/SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP).
  • 5+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in
    fast-paced, high-growth companies.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to partner with leadership teams, manage change, and scale HR operations.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast -paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (BambooHR Preferred), payroll systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
