Executive Assistant
LHH is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Executive Assistant to support the Chief Executive Officer in day-to-day operations. This role combines executive-level administrative support with project management responsibilities, ensuring seamless coordination across leadership activities and hospital departments. Location: Onsite Greensboro, NC 27401 Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM EST Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and plan meetings for the CEO, including scheduling and agenda preparation. Manage the CEO's leadership team calendar and hospital staff meeting logistics. Draft and distribute communications on behalf of the leadership team. Serve as a liaison between the CEO and hospital departments to promote effective communication. Process expense reports in compliance with travel and hospital policies. Maintain strict confidentiality regarding corporate, personnel, and research matters. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications: Required: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field Minimum 3 years of senior administrative and project management experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Preferred: Master's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field Prior experience supporting C-suite executives Background in Human Resources Strong scheduling and organizational skills Professional demeanor with impeccable references Self-motivated and reliable Willingness to convert to a permanent role Pay Details: $35.00 to $40.00 per hour Search managed by: Abigail Revalee Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and a 401K plan.
