Executive Assistant (Part-Time)

Location: Ewing, NJ (100% Onsite) Employment Type: Contract Schedule: Part-Time (Flexible hours, approximately 30 hours/week) Compensation: $30-$34/hr. depending on experience We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This part-time contract role is ideal for a professional who excels at managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential information with discretion. Key Responsibilities: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders Maintain filing systems and ensure documentation is up to date Assist with special projects and administrative tasks as needed Qualifications: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong written and verbal communication abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) as they will be tested.
