Executive Assistant
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly organized and discreet Executive Assistant to support our client's executive team and board. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a legal or financial environment, strong judgment, and the ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced, high-stakes setting. Responsibilities:
Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, calls, and travel arrangements. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and legal documents. Coordinate logistics for board meetings, legal reviews, and compliance sessions. Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. Liaise with internal departments and external legal or financial partners. Track deadlines, legal filings, and regulatory submissions. Assist with expense reporting and budget tracking. Support document management and contract administration processes. Maintain organized filing systems for legal and financial records. Provide general administrative support including answering calls, managing emails, and greeting visitors. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred; legal or business administration certification a plus. 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting legal or finance executives. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information. Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
