About the Role: The Product Manager II for Access Solutions is responsible and accountable for product management and marketing activities at a global market level. The emphasis is on strategic and tactical plan development and execution outside the US for the Boston Scientific Access Solutions product portfolio. Your responsibilities will include: Partner with the US product manager to develop marketing strategies, tactics, and messaging. Manage the global Access Solutions product portfolio and partner with global distribution channels to ensure sales targets are met/exceeded. Lead the planning and execution of new product launches outside the US. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape. Develop key business planning activities in partnership with the US product manager and ensure accuracy and conformity in forecasting for global supply chain. Work with global partners to identify and plan to exploit new market opportunities. Represent franchise projects and interests at leadership briefings and assist in preparing and presenting at business planning team meetings. Partner with franchise management to formulate franchise market segmentation, product positioning, and messaging. Contribute to franchise global downstream marketing and sales, suggesting means to improve strategy and effectiveness. Contribute to understanding key industry dynamics and trends. Network with colleagues in other franchises and cross-functional departments to enhance own franchise systems and processes to accomplish "best in class" business objectives. Demonstrate a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality. Understand and comply with all regulations governing the quality systems. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree 2+ years of professional experience in the medical device industry, preferably in Marketing. Ability to travel ~2x/month in support of tradeshows, special events, and internal meetings, as well as ability to be on-site at customer programs at various locations domestically when necessary. Ability to travel internationally. Outstanding customer service skills. Proficient with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Preferred Qualifications: Single use device product launch experience Experience with sheaths, transseptal devices, electrophysiology, or other cardiology products that are used with either electrophysiologists or interventional cardiologists. Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines and manage all aspects of product launches with a high degree of attention to detail. Global marketing experience Ability to collaborate with and influence key stakeholders without direct authority. Work Mode: At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our local Arden Hills, MN office at least three days per week.
