You'll be responsible for expanding our client base and helping secure large-scale masonry projects in:Luxury Residential HomesMulti-Family DevelopmentsCommercial Construction ProjectsYou'll thrive in a flexible, relationship-driven role that allows you to work from home, meet clients in the field, and take full advantage of creative relationship-building - from coffee meetings to golf outings.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities to fuel strategic revenue growthBuild strong, lasting relationships with General Contractors, developers, architects, and homeownersManage and grow a robust sales pipeline using HubSpot CRMCollaborate with our internal Estimating and PM teams to ensure projects are estimated and executed to perfectionAttend networking events, industry functions, and client entertainment opportunitiesStay engaged with projects through the entire lifecycle - from bid to closeoutProvide regular forecasting, reporting, and insight to ownership and leadershipWhat We're Looking ForMust-Haves:Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship rolesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsDriven, self-motivated, and goal-orientedComfortable working independently and collaborativelyStrong organizational and CRM skills (experience with HubSpot is a plus)Nice-to-Haves:Construction industry experience - masonry, general contracting, or related fieldsExisting relationships in the luxury residential or commercial construction sectorsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Construction Management (not required)Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
