We are looking for a personable and organized Receptionist to join our team in Hoboken, New Jersey. In this long-term contract position, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors while maintaining smooth office operations. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests warmly and direct them to the appropriate staff members.
• Prepare promotional materials, such as flyers, for display and special events.
• Distribute keys to authorized personnel while maintaining accurate records.
• Operate and manage a multi-line phone system to handle incoming calls professionally.
• Answer inbound calls, addressing inquiries or directing them to the relevant departments.
• Support office functions by handling switchboard tasks for lines ranging from 1 to 10.
• Assist with part-time receptionist duties as needed to ensure seamless coverage.• Previous experience in receptionist or front desk roles.
• Proficiency in managing multi-line phone systems and switchboards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with preparing and distributing promotional materials.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Availability for part-time and flexible scheduling when required.
