• Provide comprehensive support to clients during open enrollment periods, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

• Assist in the administration and management of benefit plans to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Conduct data entry tasks, including alphanumeric and numeric entries, with a high level of precision.

• Utilize Outlook, Excel, and Word to manage communications, track data, and prepare reports.

• Participate in extensive training sessions to develop proficiency in all aspects of the role.

• Maintain organized records and documentation to support streamlined operations.

• Build and nurture positive relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and continued engagement.

• Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve processes.

• Uphold confidentiality and security standards when handling sensitive information.

• Adapt to evolving client needs and provide flexible solutions.

• Strong proficiency in data entry, including alphanumeric and numeric inputs.
• Familiarity with Outlook, Excel, and Word for managing tasks and communications.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
