Zaddy Solutions is searching for a Human Resources Manager for a client in Waxahachie, TX. This is a direct-hire, on-site role.

Human Resources Manager

Location: Onsite | Full-Time

About the Role

In this position, you will be heavily involved in recruiting both hourly and salaried personnel to support growth. You\'ll work closely with a management team that believes in team building, collaboration, and a strong focus on employee retention. Your efforts will directly contribute to fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of the human resources department for the manufacturing facility.
• Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract and hire a diverse range of talent.
• Spearhead initiatives that promote employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
• Partner with department managers to provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and HR policies.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Manage employee onboarding, training, and development programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role is required.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment law.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a significant plus.
