Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related discipline; Minimum 10 years program management experience with 7+ years in Enterprise IT environments equal to or greater than USCP scale Certification:

Program Management Professional (PgMP) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification at proposal submission Note:

This position is for a proposal with the United States Capitol Police; current or previous experience is required. A Letter of Intent might be required to be signed to be submitted along with your resume. Position Summary:

The BPA Program Manager serves as the primary Government point-of-contact and provides comprehensive leadership for all contractor personnel assigned to task orders issued under the USCP ITSS BPA. This individual maintains organizational authority to execute requirements across all task orders and serves as the designated Transition Manager for the contract. Required Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related discipline Minimum 10 years program management experience with 7+ years in Enterprise IT environments equal to or greater than USCP scale Program Management Professional (PgMP) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification at proposal submission Demonstrated experience managing complex information technology architectures involving multiple disparate operating systems, databases, networks, communications subsystems, and managed services environments Supervisory experience with substantial operations encompassing user and network systems integration Quality assurance environment experience including customer satisfaction tracking, complaint monitoring, and quality control programs Government experience with Financial and Assessment and Authorization audits Advanced written and verbal communication skills with senior Government officials\' presentation experience Essential Responsibilities: Develop and maintain Program Management Plan for all BPA task orders Direct contractor personnel assignments and supervise ongoing technical efforts Maintain ultimate authority for contractor organizational decisions and Government issue resolution Coordinate management and oversight of subcontractors and contractor team members Ensure contract deliverable quality and schedule compliance Provide proactive communication to Government regarding contractual and programmatic issues General Security Requirements for All Key Personnel United States citizenship required Business casual attire unless specific tasks require alternative dress Professional appearance and conduct standards Confidentiality agreement compliance Building Access Card (BAC) proper utilization Benefits : All full-time employees are eligible to participate in our benefits programs: Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Paid time off (PTO) and holidays Group Term Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance Voluntary Term Life Insurance Short and Long-term disability insurance Equal Employment Opportunity Statement
