Support our employee journeys:

Manage the end-to-end experience for employees—from onboarding new hires to managing transitions. Be our culture ambassador:

Plan, organize, and execute company-wide and team events (in-person and virtual) and other culture-building activities. Aid internal communications:

Draft and distribute internal communications such as newsletters and periodic updates to ensure information flows effectively. Data & System Management:

Maintain data accuracy in HR systems and records; handle administrative tasks like I-9 verification, benefits administration, and employment verification letters. Process Optimization:

Identify opportunities to streamline People Operations workflows and explore automation and AI-assisted improvements. Who you are

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, or related field. 0-2 years of experience in HR or People Operations, ideally in a fast-paced startup environment. Position details
