What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Oversee $1.5-$2M in account revenue as the most senior strategic client counsel
Consistently produce coherent strategies for clients and projects
Work with top executives at leading technology companies as a trusted counselor and advisor
Manage, mentor, and develop staff using a supportive and collaborative approach
Generate business revenue within existing clients by offering strategic recommendations
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, or a related field
Minimum 15 years of experience in communications, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity
Demonstrated skill in building relationships with top-tier reporters and editors
Extensive writing and editing experience with a variety of print and online communications media
Experience in managing a comprehensive strategic communications and media relations program
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Innovative thinker with a track record for translating strategic thinking into actionable plans
Experience in social media influencer engagement and content campaigns
Ability to set up measurement programs and measure the ongoing ROI of communications activities
Strong judgment and creative problem-solving skills
Experience in building, managing, mentoring, and coaching a team of communications specialists
