Company Overview:
A leading global investment firm with approximately $504 billion in assets under management is seeking a Human Capital Compensation Professional to support the development and administration of compensation programs within its Business Operations Group.
Job Responsibilities
Support the annual compensation planning process for Business Operations employees, including project management, data management, reporting, and analysis.
Conduct in-depth benchmarking analyses to ensure competitive compensation with the marketplace.
Consult with Human Capital Business Partners to prepare analyses and manage compensation-related projects and reporting.
Partner with key stakeholders across the firm to execute key processes, ensure accurate reporting, and creatively solve issues.
Collaborate with other Compensation team members to execute firmwide compensation philosophy and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
2-5 years of progressive compensation experience.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, preferably in human resources or business administration/finance.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large amounts of data, analyze it, draw conclusions, and make recommendations.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Office.
Compensation:
Salary: $100,000 – $140,000, Plus Bonus
