Cedar Hill Regional Medical Center GW Health is the first new full-service hospital in Washington, DC in more than 20 years, integrating clinical care with community providers, Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), The George Washington University Hospital, and our Urgent Care Center in Ward 8. This integrated delivery system establishes a robust network of care for District residents, with a focus on residents of Wards 7 and 8 having access to high quality care in their community. The hospital includes trauma care with a helipad for emergency transport, adult and pediatric emergency departments, maternal health and newborn delivery, a NICU, Intensive care, Medical/Surgical care, Telemetry care, and an ambulatory pavilion for clinic visits and other outpatient services. Position : RN Quality Coordinator (Full Time - Days) Role : Plan, implement, and manage quality improvement programs by analyzing patient care data to identify areas for improvement, ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements, and lead initiatives to enhance patient safety and outcomes. Key responsibilities include data collection and analysis, collaboration with healthcare teams, staff education on quality standards, investigation of adverse events, and preparation of reports for administration and committees.
