Job Description
Manage all phases of healthcare construction projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Lead project teams, including superintendents, engineers, and subcontractors, to drive project success. Coordinate directly with owners, architects, and healthcare stakeholders to ensure compliance with specialized regulations and facility requirements. Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, contracts, and risk management. Ensure jobsite safety, quality control, and seamless project delivery. The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in project management within the healthcare construction sector, with a track record of delivering projects in occupied or operational healthcare facilities. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with proficiency in project management software. A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
